Lebensjahr und mit einem Körpergewicht von mindestens 40 kg) mit schwerer atopischer Dermatitis (IGA 4 auf IGA Skala von 0-4 oder SCORAD >50 oder EASI ≥ 21.1) vergütet, sofern die Patienten und Patientinnen auf eine intensivierte Lokalbehandlung mit verschreibungspflichtigen topischen Therapien (topische Kortikoide und/oder Calcineurininhibitoren) und Phototherapie (sofern verfügbar und angezeigt) und auf eine systemische Behandlung mit einem konventionellen Immunsuppressivum (ausgenommen systemische Kortikoide) während mindestens einem Monat unzureichend angesprochen haben oder bei denen diese Therapien kontraindiziert sind oder aufgrund von klinisch relevanten Nebenwirkungen abgebrochen werden mussten.<br>\\nLebrikizumab wird nicht in Kombination mit anderen systemischen Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung der atopischen Dermatitis vergütet.<br>\\nFalls nach 16 Wochen Behandlung mit Lebrikizumab kein therapeutischer Erfolg eingetreten ist, d.h. keine IGA Reduktion um ≥ 2 Punkte gegenüber dem Ausgangswert oder keine ≥50% Verbesserung des EASI-Score (EASI 50) gegenüber dem Ausgangswert oder keine ≥50% Verbesserung des SCORAD-Score (SCORAD 50) gegenüber dem Ausgangswert, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.<br>\\nNach 52 Wochen ununterbrochener Therapie der atopischen Dermatitis mit Lebrikizumab ist eine erneute Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes einzuholen.<br>\\nDie Diagnosestellung, die Verordnung und die Verlaufskontrolle von Lebrikizumab in der Indikation atopische Dermatitis darf ausschliesslich durch einen Facharzt für Dermatologie und Venerologie oder Facharzt für Allergologie und klinische Immunologie erfolgen.<br>\\n<br>\\n\",\"costApproval\":null,\"indication\":\"21849.01\",\"isNew\":false,\"limitationCode\":null,\"points\":null,\"priceModel\":null,\"title\":null,\"validFrom\":\"2024-12-01\",\"validTo\":\"2027-11-30\"}]",
