Diese Therapieabbrüche sind dem Krankenversicherer durch den behandelnden Arzt unverzüglich und formlos zu melden, z.B. mit dem Satz «Hiermit bestätige ich den erforderlichen Stivarga Therapieabbruch in den ersten 21 Tagen nach Behandlungsbeginn aufgrund von arzneimittelbedingten Nebenwirkungen».<br>\\n<br>\\nIm Falle einer Progression ist die Stivarga-Behandlung für alle Indikationen abzubrechen.<br>\\n<br>\\nFür alle Indikationen sind die folgenden Kriterien zur Behandlung zu erfüllen:<br>\\n• Performance Status ECOG 0 – 1 <br>\\n• adäquate Funktion von Knochenmark, Leber und Niere<br>\\n<br>\\n<b>Kolorektalkarzinom (CRC)</b><br>\\nBehandlung von Patienten mit metastasiertem kolorektalem Karzinom, die zuvor eine fluoropyrimidin-, oxaliplatin- und irinotecanbasierte Chemotherapie, eine anti-VEGF-Therapie und – bei Vorliegen eines RAS-Wildtyps – eine anti-EGFR-Therapie erhalten haben und die oben genannten indikationsübergreifenden Kriterien erfüllen.<br>\\n<br>\\n<b>Gastrointestinale Stromatumoren (GIST)</b><br>\\nBehandlung von Patienten mit metastasierten oder inoperablen gastrointestinalen Stromatumoren, die zuvor mit zwei Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitoren (Imatinib und Sunitinib) behandelt wurden und neben den oben genannten indikationsübergreifenden zusätzlich folgendes Kriterium erfüllen:<br>\\n• mindestens eine neue messbare GIST Läsion (>2 cm) mit CT oder MRI<br>\\n<br>\\n<b>Leberzellkarzinom (HCC)</b><br>\\nBehandlung von Patienten mit Leberzellkarzinom, die zuvor mit Sorafenib behandelt wurden und neben den oben genannten indikationsübergreifenden zusätzlich folgende Kriterien erfüllen:<br>\\n• dokumentierte radiologische Progression unter vorgängiger Sorafenib-Therapie<br>\\n• Toleranz der vorgängigen Sorafenib-Therapie<br>\\n• bei Vorliegen einer Leberzirrhose einzig bei erhaltener Leberfunktion (max.
